Technical data
Ecofur®
is installed according with the orientation of
the “arrow” graved in the superior part of Ecofur®,
corresponding to the fluid circulation (water, air,
efluent, etc).

Ecofur®
is constituted by two entrances (A e B): one to
the injection fluid (ex: water) and other to the suction
fluid (ex: air), which also can be injected under
pressure. The exit (C) is common to the two entrances.
Ecofur®
creates vacuum or suction caudal when there is a
resistance to the exit of Ecofur®
higher than 0,02 bar
and a differential between the injection pressure
(entrance) and the exit pressure, higher than 0,2 bar.
If this differential is higher than 1 bar, the suction
caudal (ex: air) is higher than the liquid caudal (ex:
water) corresponding to the pressure differential
entrance/exit.
To a good functioning of Ecofur®, with the maximum
efficiency, is necessary that:
• The model of Ecofur®
is the adequate;
• Ecofur®
is correctly installed;
• The caudals and pressures are correct to
the needs of Ecofur®
and the efficiency wanted;
• All the accessory installation, including
equipments, is compatible to the utilization of
Ecofur®;
• Check the tables and graphics of
efficiency;
• Ask for our technical support.

ECOFUR®
IF-H11:
“Ecofur®” is the brand of a “fluids extractor and mixer”.
“IF-H11” is a model of Ecofur®: It means that injection
“I” of liquid is frontal “F” and that the inside
diameter of the pressure beak is of “11” mm. The letter
“H” (hydraulic) represents the model series, which is
meant to water and effluents.
This model is fabricated in polyamide “PA6”; it’s a
plastic, like nylon, very resistant to the temperature
differences (maximum 120ºC), to the mechanic abrasion in
the circulation of fluids and is neutral to most of
chemical products.
The raw materials used in the fabrication of Ecofur®
IF-H11 are certificated and have chemical
characteristics to use in potable water.
Ecofur®
IF-H11 admits pressures until 5 bar and solid
particles in suspension until 11mm.
To obtain a pressure of 1 bar in the injection of the
liquid to the Ecofur®, is necessary a energy of,
approximately, 0,55kW/h, to most of electro bombs.
Ecofur®
IF-H11 is suitable:
In the airing/oxygenation, biologic treatment,
oxidation, ozone diffusion, flotation, vacuum and fluid
mixture;
•
In potable water;
Oxygenation/airing in treatment and/or water
conservation stations, diffusion of ozone to the
desinfection of water, precipitation of iron (F3) and
manganese by oxidation…(lakes/lagoons, tanks/deposits,
etc.)
•
In urban/industrial residual waters;
Airing in ETAR’s of activated muds, percolation, mobile
bed, SBR (Sequential Biologic Reactor), oxidation,
flotation… (Lagoons, tanks, deposits, “compacts”, etc.)
•
In pisciculture;
Oxygenation/airing of water, flotation… (lagoon, tank,
deposit, etc.)
•
In pools and allikes;
Conservation of the water by oxygenation/airing, hydro
massage effect, ludic endings… (pools, jacuzzis, against
the corrent, fountains/lakes, etc).
•
ECOFUR®
IF-H18:
Alternative
version to Ecofur® IF-H11. It’s in project phase.
•
ECOFUR®
IL-G40:
Used in the treatment of gases and cooling. It’s in
research phase.
